Omnisrot Refund Policy

Any and ALL refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee that will be automatically deducted from ALL refunds. This is due to the cost of account setup, capacity allocation, training, and access to support etc. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Please note that refunds requests are limited to the first 24 hours from signup or when credits are purchased.

Bulk Discount Refunds:

Refund within 1 day minus usage. When purchasing bulk credits, you clearly understand you are making this purchase to secure a wholesale or discounted rate. No refund will be issued beyond one (1) day from the purchase of credits. Any used credits will be deducted from your refund balance at the standard non-discounted rate. ALL refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee that will be deducted from ALL refunds. Data Storage Refunds:

No Refunds
No Refunds will be issued on data storage after account activation. You understand when activating your account you have purchased a username and password and access to a fully operating account with data storage resources assigned to it. The services have been rendered in full the moment you received your login information whether you choose to use your account or not. Any and ALL refunds are subject 10% administration fee that will be deducted from ALL refunds. This is due to the cost of account setup, capacity allocation, training, and access to support etc. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Expiration of Credits and Prepaid Messages
All services are pre-paid. Credits are valid for a total of 12 months, unless you select a plan that specifically offers roll-over credits. Individual anytime, non-monthly plan credits purchased through your account expire after 12 months from the date of purchase, at which point such credits shall expire automatically. Credits are purchased on a first-bought, first-to-expire basis. You may request a full refund of any unused credits within one (1) business day of purchase. Any credits used up until the moment of the refund will be deducted from your refund at a standard (non-discounted) rate and the remaining surplus of funds will be refunded. No other refunds will be given for any reason. Any unused value shall be forfeited upon expiration. All prices, per message rates, and number rental rates are subject to change with 7 days notice issued by email due to fluctuations in market conditions. Chargeback Policy:
After a purchase of credits, you have one (1) day to request a refund for any unused credits. After the one (1) day period, you waive all rights for a refund of any type, for any reason. ALL chargebacks will be disputed and your account will be locked until the issue is resolved. The legal team at Omnisrot WILL take all necessary legal action and pursue the fullest extent of the law to protect Omnisrot from fraud and obtain any lost funds due to said fraud.
